What do I blog about? What am I supposed to type here? I feel like no one would be interested in my every-day affairs. I also think that if I committed this blog to writing about one thing, I would not keep up. I want to make a blog about my journey into fitness and health but when would I write? Would I stay motivated to to exercise every day? I don’t think I would. I am so tired all the time and it is hard for me to find exercises that I am capable of doing. (most of the time they are too advanced or I cannot hold my balance) I need help to stay motivated, I need an extra push (that doesn’t cost money). Any tips?
When I am in a bad mood I like to hoop, drink tea, read, or simply look for the good in the situation. Some time in the sunshine can turn anyone’s bad mood around.
